Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and in original packaging, accompanied by an original StagPride receipt or invoice. Currently, we are not processing exchanges.

Any unwanted product must be returned within 14 days from the moment your StagPride order is delivered.

Returned items must not be washed, worn, or altered. We do not accept returns of underwear, (these are items of clothing worn beneath outer clothes, usually in direct contact with the skin, including boxer briefs, jocks and harnesses), bundled, sale, couponed and final sale (items not full price value) or clearance items.

Credit for your returned item(s) including tax will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). Shipping to or from for a return will not be credited. Upon completion of the return process, you should receive email confirmation of the completion of the return. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return.  NOTE: Insure the package for its full value and request tracking proof of delivery. We cannot be responsible for any items lost in the mail or damaged upon return.

We 100% stand behind the quality and performance of our clothing. In the event of a confirmed defect, we will gladly ship out a replacement of the identical item only, not the entire order. Please see instructions below. You will receive further instructions from there. Exchanged defective items cannot be returned. We do not replace items from normal wear and tear.

How To Make A Defective Return Exchange

FOR RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Please send our Customer Support Team the following info to returns@stagpride.com

  • Your Order Number (e.g., XXXXXXXXX)
  • Item Name
  • Photos that show:
  1. The defect as clearly as possible
  2. Full-length photo of the item with the defect
  3. The StagPride logo and label
  4. The payment receipt
  • Don't not send back your defective item until we have been in touch.
  • After your request has been approved, you can ship using your preferred shipping method.
  • To receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.
  • Please retain any proof of return postage receipts as we may need to view these as part of your return.

*Exchanges are final and cannot be returned. We do not replace items from normal wear and tear.
